As an Ascension Personalized Care member, you will have access to the Ascension Personalized Care member portal. You can log in using your Ascension ID and will be able to access your member account. If you do not have an Ascension ID, you can create one using your email address. Your member portal will allow you to find information on:

• Processed claims
• Benefit management
• Making premium payments
• Copays, deductibles, and balances
• Finding a doctor or site of care

Maternal and infant health honored
All eight Ascension St. Vincent delivering hospitals earned the INspire Hospital of Distinction recognition from the Indiana Hospital Association for the second year in a row. The recognition honors associates and clinicians for having shown supporting evidence in at least four of five key drivers of maternal and infant health.
